You must scan your barcode provided through the club right app at reception, without this you may be refused entry or we will inst you download the app.
To cancel a direct debit membership, members must have been a member for at least the “Minimum Term” and give one month’s written notice. Debit Finance Collections Terms and Conditions apply. Prepaid memberships are non-refundable. There is a 7 day cooling off period for new gym members who take out the direct debit option. The Pro Rata payment is non-refundable.
For reasons of health and safety, members must adhere strictly to the following: - All free weights are to be returned to their racks after use. - Members should wipe down machinery after use. - Tracksuits or shorts and t-shirts must be worn at all times. - Suitable footwear should be worn at all times. – bags must be stored in a locker - Offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated. - Clashing weights, excessive noises and mistreatment of equipment will not be tolerated.
If, for any reason, a direct debit payment fails to credit our account, membership will be suspended until payment resumes or another payment method is used. Administration charges will apply. Debit Finance Collections Terms and Conditions apply.
The Warehouse Health Club management reserve the right to exclude any member they deem not to be adhering to any of the Terms and Conditions or who by their actions poses a health and safety risk to others.
You cannot transfer this Membership to anyone else.
There may be occasions where we have to close equipment/ all or part of the gym. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstances.
We will not be liable or responsible for outstanding monies paid to a Personal Trainer. Personal Training is arranged directly with the PT and not with Warehouse Health Club.
We reserve the right to increase the Membership rate and therefore your particular price insofar as any relevant taxes, such as VAT, apply and/or increase.
